To ensure a cool temperature upon delivery, we conservatively recommend a two to three day shipping window. Some shipping destinations may require 2-day air dependent upon the season, length of transit, and in light of the current COVID19 pandemic which has affected delivery to certain destinations. Perry’s Signature Steaks have been shipped frozen with ice packs (origination from Texas) and may have arrived partially thawed (or slacked). These steaks may be re-frozen or refrigerated up to 10 days as long as the cryovac seal is still intact. Once the steaks have been removed from the cryovac sealed packaging, they should be consumed within 2 days.
