Perry's gluten-free Famous Pork Chop is a mouth-watering chop measuring seven fingers high - just as butchers would measure back in the day (Note: Perry's Steakhouse began as a modest butcher shop more than 40 years ago). The signature, sweet, smoky, sizzling chop is hand-selected, rubbed with proprietary seasoning and cured, then roasted on a rotisserie with pecan wood.

    Perry’s Famous Pork Chops ships fully-cooked and frozen (with ice packs) including a separate steak butter container as well as thawing and heating instructions. Perry’s only offers the following shipping options within the contiguous United States, although options will vary based on destination:

    *Due to recent shipping carrier delays, 2-Day or Overnight shipping is now required for perishable goods outside of Texas. Ground shipping remains available in Texas based on proximity to our Steakhouse Online market kitchen and commissary. We strive to offer flexibility and convenience to our customers, and will continue to monitor as shipping protocols stabilize and adjust as appropriate.

    To ensure a cool temperature upon delivery, we conservatively recommend a two to three day shipping window. Some shipping destinations may require 2-day air dependent upon the season, length of transit, and in light of the current COVID19 pandemic which has affected delivery to certain destinations. Your pork chop will be shipped frozen with ice packs (origination from Texas) and may arrive partially thawed (or slacked)-- it is perfectly safe to consume as it is a fully-cooked, smoked item. Once thawed, the chop has a shelf life of approximately 10 days and can be re-frozen. Keep refrigerated.

    DINNER-CUT PORK CHOP HEATING INSTRUCTIONS

    Perry’s Famous Pork Chop: Dinner-Cut Portion

    Choose one of the below options for heating one Dinner-Cut Chop. Pork chops shipped through Perry’s Steakhouse Online are fully cooked and frozen (with ice packs) with separate steak butter container and thawing and heating instructions.

    OVEN (RECOMMENDED)
    1. Thaw completely.
    2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
    3. Remove the pork chop from plastic casing.
    4. Place pork chop on aluminum foil, pour 2 tbsp of water at base of the chop, and wrap loosely to create a dome.
    5. Bake for 45 minutes.
    6. Remove from Oven, open the dome, and spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of chop. Close the dome and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then serve & enjoy!
    MICROWAVE
    1. Thaw completely.
    2. Cut a slit in the top of the plastic casing.
    3. Place pork chop with its plastic wrap in microwave on high heat for 9 minutes.
    4. Spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of the chop and let stand for one minute before serving.
