When did my order ship?

What happens if my Pork Chops arrive partially slacked (or thawed)?

Your pork chop will be shipped frozen with dry ice (origination from Texas) and may arrive partially thawed (or slacked) -- it is perfectly safe to consume as it is a fully-cooked, smoked item. Once thawed, the chop has a shelf life of approximately 10 days and can be re-frozen.

As such, your received pork chops should be good for consumption if they were refrigerated shortly after they arrived.

If you are still concerned, our management would need more information about the pork chops that you received.

- Please send us a photo of the received Perry's Steakhouse pork chops as well as the package in which they arrived.

- How long after the package was delivered did you open the package and refrigerate the contents?

- Did you take the temperature of the meat? If so, can you provide the temperature of the chops at the time of their delivery?

Once we have more information on this situation, our management will review the situation for more assistance

What happens if my steaks arrive partially slacked (or thawed)?

Perry’s Signature Steaks have been shipped frozen with dry ice (origination from Texas) and may have arrived partially thawed (or slacked). These steaks may be re-frozen or refrigerated up to 10 days as long as the cryovac seal is still intact. Once the steaks have been removed from the cryovac sealed packaging, they should be consumed within 2 days.

As such, your received steaks should be good for consumption if they were refrigerated shortly after they arrived.

If you are still concerned, our management would need more information about the steaks that you received.

At this time, we are only able to ship the items that are currently available for purchase on the online store

Can I ship to a PO Box or Internationally?

No. Currently, we are unable to process international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.

Can I change my address after I placed an order?

No. Once an order has been placed the address can no longer be amended.
