LUNCH-CUT PORK CHOPS
An unexpected steakhouse specialty, this signature dish was created by owner Chris Perry over 40 years ago when he began serving the best pork chop he could find – his own. Hand-selected, rubbed with proprietary seasoning and cured, then roasted on a rotisserie with pecan wood, this mouthwatering chop is served with Perry’s Signature Steak Butter; add some Signature Sides for an unforgettable meal!
Each pork chop is at least 18 oz. fully cooked, frozen, and shipped with dry ice.

Cooking Instructions
Oven (Recommended)
- Thaw completely.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove the pork chop from plastic casing.
- Place pork chop on aluminum foil, pour 2 tbsp of water at base of the chop, and wrap loosely to create a dome.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from Oven, open the dome, and spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of chop. Close the dome and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then serve & enjoy!
Microwave
- Thaw completely.
- Cut a slit in the top of the plastic casing.
- Place pork chop with its plastic wrap in microwave on high heat for 4 and a half minutes.
- Spread Perry’s Steak Butter on top of the chop and let stand for one minute before serving.

Shipments are processed Monday through Thursday for Tuesday through Friday delivery, according to the shipping method selected at checkout. Perry's does not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday and cannot deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
*Texas addresses can ship with Standard Shipping (Ground) Monday through Wednesday for delivery Tuesday through Friday*
To maintain the highest quality, Perry’s products are individually sealed in air-tight packaging and flash frozen prior to shipment.
Important: Express 2-Day shipping is recommended for rural addresses to ensure the product arrives within the proper time frame and at proper temperature.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship with FedEx. On the day your order ships, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number. This email will also indicate which carrier is delivering the package.
We deliver within the United States with the exception of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam and other U.S. territories. At this time, we are unable to process international orders or deliver to PO and APO/FPO Boxes.
STANDARD SHIPPING
Standard shipping is shipped ground and typically takes 1 to 3 days based on delivery address. Please reference the chart above for the shipping schedule and available shipping options.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping consists of 2-day air delivery. The package will deliver by the end of the second business day after shipping. This delivery time can be as late as the evening hours in some locations. Please reference the chart above for the shipping schedule and available shipping options.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
For overnight orders to be received the next day, your order must be received by 1 p.m. CST Monday through Thursday. Overnight shipping for orders received on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will ship the following Monday. Please reference the chart above for the shipping schedule and available shipping options.
SHIPPING DETAILS
To ensure a cool temperature upon delivery, we conservatively recommend a two to three day shipping window. Some shipping destinations may require 2-day air dependent upon the season, length of transit, and in light of the current COVID19 pandemic which has affected delivery to certain destinations. Your items will be shipped frozen with dry ice (origination from Texas) and may arrive partially thawed (or slacked). Keep refrigerated.
Orders over $49 will receive free handling and insulated packaging.
