Perry’s Butcher Shop & Deli was opened by Bob Perry in Houston — a modest meat market
that quickly became a staple of the neighborhood.
By 1986, his son, Chris Perry, had persuaded him to add dining tables, which proved popular
among loyal customers.
After the successful expansion, Chris Perry was then inspired to open Perry’s Steakhouse &
Grille ® combining palate and presentation for a unique dining experience.
