Caramelized Prime Rib - Microwave

1. Thaw completely.
2. Cut a small slit in the top of the plastic wrap and place in microwave.
3. Microwave for 3 – 5 minutes until desired temperature is reached.
4. Remove form plastic wrap and place Perry’s Signature Steak Butter on top of the Caramelized Prime Rib and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
