Caramelized Prime Rib - Oven (Recommended)

1. Thaw completely.
2. Preheat oven to 250°F.
3. Remove from plastic wrap and place on a wire rack on a sheet tray.
4. Once oven is preheated, place in oven for 20 – 25 minutes and bring to desired temperature.
5. Remove from oven and place Perry’s Signature Steak Butter on top of the Caramelized Prime Rib and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
