Caramelized Prime Rib - Pan

1. Thaw Completely.
2. Heat the skillet to a medium-high temperature.
3.Remove from plastic wrap and place into hot pan with a little bit of oil.
4. Sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
5. Remove from pan and place Perry’s Signature Steak Butter on top of the Prime Rib and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
