Turkey - Oven
Smoked Half Turkey:
1. Thaw in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
2. Preheat oven to 300°F.
3. Remove the turkey from all packaging.
4. Place the turkey on a sheet pan and loosely wrap in foil.
5. Heat for 8 to 10 minutes per pound.
6. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
Sliced, Smoked Turkey Breast:
1. Thaw in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Remove the turkey from all packaging.
4. Place the turkey on a sheet pan and loosely wrap in foil.
5. Heat for 50-60 minutes.
6. Take the turkey out of the oven and remove from the foil. Return the turkey to the oven for another 10-15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 125-130°F.
7. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
